FAQ
Thank you for your interest in working with me. I hope this will answer some common questions that come up when starting a new project.
1. When can we get started?
After speaking with you over the phone to get a general idea about the project, I will send you a formalized
quote by email. If you agree to the terms and pricing of the quote, then the project begins.
2. Can we meet in person?
9.5 times out of 10 my projects are virtual, whether over the phone or email. I may be able to meet with you if you are in my local area and after a quote has been approved.
3. What are your general terms?
1st design concept is typically a  2 week turnaround (or sooner depending on the size and scope of the project.) This time frame may increase depending on additional copy changes and information provided. I always take into consideration of the needs of the customer. If you need something overnight, I may not be able to accommodate your needs. I will always tell you up front and that I may not be the right person for your project
A 50% deposit check is required at the beginning of the project. It will not be deposited until 1st design concept is approved and moved into the secondary body copy changes stage. This check is non-refundable after the first design concept is approved.
Any quote is for design work only. Printing charges are not included. This will include a final Indesign editable file (for any future changes you wish to make) and a PDF file for printing. All the final files, fonts and images will be provided to you once the final payment is received.

4. Payment?
I accept cash, checks or have a PayPal account if you wish to use another form of payment.
